Our core focus is to help young Afghan women develop their leadership skills through the following focus points:
Leadership
Providing valuable opportunities for young women to develop their skills and gain practical experience. These hands-on learning experiences are essential in helping young women build confidence, gain valuable insights, and understand what it takes to be an effective leader.
Education
We are helping to level the playing field and ensure that young women have access to the resources they need to reach their full potential. Scholarships can provide young Afghan women with the financial resources they need to pursue their education and achieve their goals.
Mental Health
Mental health is an important aspect of overall health and well-being, and by organizing awareness programs and activities on mental health topics, our organization is helping to break down the stigma surrounding mental health and encourage young women to seek help when they need it.
Gender-based violence
Awareness programs on gender-based violence and its elimination are crucial initiatives aimed at addressing one of the most pressing issues facing young Afghan women. We are helping to bring attention to the problem and encourage action to eliminate it
Sexual and reproductive health
Conducting sessions on making girls aware of the importance of hygiene and providing consultation opportunities are important initiatives aimed at promoting health and well-being among young Afghan women.
STEM
By designing STEM projects and organizing boot camps, we are helping to develop critical skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork in young people, which can be valuable for their future careers.

We implemented a UN Women project holding in-person and online programs on ending violence against women, the status of women in Islam, debate, and a leadership program.

I learned many things during three days in this camp. I understood that being with talented and motivated people will instantly motivates you. You should never give up because of any tough situation. I got to know how should I surround myself with talented and inspired people and how it can affect me and my future.
Nabila Nabil
After months of being home full of stress and uncertainty for our life and future, this camp was exactly what we girls needed in this tough situation...If I put all the knowledge and new skills we learned and found interest to them aside, the positive feelings of being in touch with other girls same age as your age, talking, laughing and having a happy time for a while was lovely...beyond measure..!
Marila Noori
This was the best experience for us after a long conflict with the state of our society. We talked about a lot of things and learned how to stay strong and fight for ourselves in all aspects of life. We learned and experienced how to live and how to fight for life. Thanks to all those who worked hard and created this opportunity for us, especially the girls !
